Shantou successfully won the right to host the Third Asian Youth Games in 2021, becoming the fifth city to win the right to host the intercontinental comprehensive Games after Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Hangzhou.
The Asian Youth Games (hereinafter referred to as the "Asian Youth Games") is the largest multi-sport youth games in Asia, hosted by the member countries of the Olympic Council of Asia on a rotating basis. The International Olympic Committee recognizes the Asian Youth Games as the official Asian Regional Youth Games. Hosting the Asian Youth Games is a new major mission given to Shantou by the Party Central Committee and The State Council.
With a total construction area of 474,200 square meters and a total investment of about 4.4 billion yuan, the construction of a 22,000 seat stadium, an 8,000 seat stadium and a training hall will be used as venues for the opening ceremony of the 2021 Asian Youth Games and athletics and gymnastics competitions.
In the construction of sound amplification system of Shantou Asian Youth Games Stadium, Guangzhou Ruigao intelligent DMIX brand products are adopted to contribute to the success of the third Asian Youth Games in 2021.
The total construction area of the stadium is about 32737 square meters, three floors above the ground, the building height is 26.7 meters, and the total number of seats is about 8,000.
According to the actual sound reinforcement requirements and functions of the stadium, Ruego intelligent DMIX brand PT412 curve array sound reinforcement system is selected, and DMIX power amplifier and processor are applied, as well as imported equipment such as the microphone of the surrounding mixer.
In order to ensure the uniform sound pressure and language clarity in the stadium, 40 PT412 curve array, 8 UM115 full-frequency speakers and 20 UM112 full-frequency speakers are used. It is hung under the maintenance track in the museum in a decentralized open-mounted manner to ensure the uniform coverage of radiation throughout the sound field.
At present, the sound reinforcement system equipment of Shantou Asian Youth League stadium has been installed and tested, ensuring the construction progress of Asian Youth League Stadium.
